Introduction:
                        Staying healthy and eating right is a lifestyle that many people should consider. A juicy hamburger from McDonalds Dripping with special sauce topped with cheese is not a exactly considered a healthy meal. Our society today is busy and on the go at all times. It is so much easier to stop and get past food and then continue on. However, we should stop and think; is it really worth it to eat right and exercise?
Studies have shown people that eat right and exercise live long; eating fatting foods clogs your heart with cholesterol and fat. People that do exercise and continue to eat unhealthy foods will slow their metabolism. This is why over 70% of our society is overweight today. Many people who are overweight do not feel good with about themselves. They want to be thinner but instead of doing it in the way, they try to crash diets that seem to always fail or do nothing at all about their condition. If we exercise at least 45mins per day, 3 to 4 times per week, It is guaranteed that we lost weight and get in shape, when a person is at the size and structure that they would like to be then their self – esteem rises. If one has a good attitude and think they look great more than likely other people will do.
When one exercise and eat good foods then they also physically feel great. The fact that one has just spent an hour on the treadmill and a salad was for dinner makes a person feels well as if they are really accomplishing something. If people would realized what a great feeling a person gets from working out and eating healthy foods then every will be doing it. It is lifestyle that people should adopt and live by. It should also make one feel good that they are doing something to better themselves. All of us have areas that we can improve on. By improving our physical impactions makes us feel great.


GUIDELINES:
·      One representative every family
·      The seminar will tackle about nutritious food proper healthy fitness.
·      Healthy meals will be serving.
·      Family fitness
·      Zumba / Exercise
·      Kiddy and family fitness games
·      Free vitamins and medical checkup.
·       Certificate will be recognize

·      Penalty will be implementing if in case family will not attend.

“PROVIDING PARENTING SOLUTIONS TO CHILDHOOD MALNUTRITION”

Introduction:
                        When it comes to family life, everyone strive s to figure out how the relationship between parents and children can become ideal. Parenting guidelines work well for raising children with discipline, good moral values, and most especially with good health. However, it is not an easy feat. It is important to know that the parent child relationship is a two way street, in other words, it is actually a partnership between parents and their child. Providing parenting solutions to childhood malnutrition is one of the important solutions to avoid malnutrition. If the parents had enough knowledge about proper lifestyle their family will be safe from malnutrition because they are the bearer of it. A garden with different flowers becomes beautiful when it blossoms. Similarly, if the parents learn how to be a gardener and are able to recognize their child’s personality and nourish it, then their garden will become fragrant! So when parents develop effectively parenting skills, they are able to take the initiative in filling the nutritional gap.

Guidelines:
·      One representative every family.
·      Seminar will be tackle about parenting.
·      Kiddy program and parents fitness games
·      There will be distributions of free vitamins.
·      Parents will be guided accordingly in the seminar.
·      Your cooperation is needed to solve parenting problems in childhood malnutrition, and after the seminar there will be a free healthy meal.
·      Certificate of recognition will be recognizing.
·      Penalty will be implementing.

Introduction
Food is literally the most important thing in the world.  It is not even next to life, because it is life itself.  Deprived of the right to food, man knows no other.  For the hungry, there is no dignity, no human rights, no rule of law, no liberty, no celebration of the spirit… the most crucial task before world community today is to assure that enough food is available at the right place, at the right time, and at the right price. When a person is not getting enough food or not getting the right sort of food, malnutrition is just around the corner. So, we make a program entitled” The soil below your feet, can grow a healthy treat” that has been in the forefront in its fight against malnutrition and hunger. We want people to know the importance of consuming vegetables to protect them from malnutrition. We believe that malnutrition can be solved without stressing anything just right in the home yard alone. A vegetable gardening of a family can be assured of a steady supply of nutritious food—and even” extra income”.
To think, vegetable gardening is a worthwhile endeavor and economically feasible. Home gardening can reduce by about 20 percent a family’s total daily food expenditures.  Considering the high cost of vegetables and the rate of malnutrition in the country today, home gardening should be taken seriously by families with low income and whose members are nutritionally at risk. Home gardening does not only provide food, but can also reduce a farm family’s heavy reliance on chemical fertilizers and pesticides which are not only expensive but also pose health and environmental hazards.

Guidelines

·      There should be at least one representative of the family.
·      The program will be discussing the cheapest way to prevent malnutrition and that is planting veggies in the backyard.
·      Every family representative will be guided accordingly.
·      There will be a parlor games participated by kids and parents.
·      Each family will be given tools for plantings.
·      Family will be giving different veggies seeds to plant.

·      There will be free snacks and lunch.
